Inspired by the Pool of Bethesda in the Bible, a place of mercy and healing, we are a Christian child-focused charity committed to feeding the hungry, restoring dignity, and bringing hope to vulnerable children and families.
Our mission is simple: Feed a child. Save a child. Through your donations and support, we provide food, shelter, spiritual care, and education to orphans, homeless children, and those suffering from hunger and malnutrition.

Sarah’s First Full Meal – South Africa
Sarah, just 7 years old, often went to bed hungry. Her mother, a single parent, struggled to provide even one meal a day. Through our Child Feeding Program, Sarah now receives two nutritious meals daily. She is healthier, happier, and attending school regularly. “When I see food, I smile now,” Sarah says.
Daniel Finds a Home – Nigeria
Daniel was left homeless after losing both parents. He slept on the streets, surviving on scraps. When he came to Bethesda Charity Home, he received more than food — he found shelter, safety, and family. Today, Daniel dreams of becoming a teacher so he can give back to other children.
A Future for Hope – South Africa
Hope, a teenager from Johannesburg, dropped out of school due to lack of school fees and food. With the help of our sponsorship program, she has returned to school and is excelling in her studies. She now dreams of becoming a nurse to help others in need.
The Power of Prayer – Nigeria
Alongside food and shelter, we provide faith-based counseling and prayer. A group of orphaned siblings who had lost all hope found encouragement through our mentorship program. Today, they share: “We feel loved again, because Bethesda showed us that God has not forgotten us.”
